Mp3 player in the task bar

i seen a skin a long time ago ummm well i think it was a skin, but basically it added a play,pause,stop button in the task bar after the clock and icons it was real cool and conviniennt and as i use my cpu for 1/4 music needs i want this in my task bar does any1 have any idea what i am talking about if so can you help me out how to get 1 in or download the coding or the files for it, thanx

I think there is a plugin you can find for skin studio that will put a winamp control in the window titlebars. There also might be a control for ObjectBar. Now if there was one for the regular taskbar (like M$FT is doing for WMP9) that would be nice.

There are a good number of Windowblinds themes with built-in winamp controllers, as well as litestep themes, talisman themes, etc. Would depend on what you had been running at the time.

"skin" is a generic term. We would have to know what application you want to 'skin'.

There is the Shell Audio Player that adds controls on your taskbar to access MP3 and WMA files. It also enables you to open and save playlists.
It was origianlly included as part of the XP Power Toys, but Microsoft has decided to remove it from the Power Toys package. They now offer it as the MPXP Tray Control, part of the Windows Media Bonus Pack for XP (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/bonuspack.asp).

Windows Media player 9 adds a real cool little controller into the XP taskbar on Window Media player 9. But are you willing to take your life into your own hands and install a beta, as I did??? And are you running XP???
