Need site...

looking at some of the screenshots, and i'm thinking wow, they desktop looks amazing, cool menues and and i see alot more on the desktop other than just the basic start menu, well i was wondering if there was sites that took you through revamping and tweaking your pc to make it look and run amazing i am really into tweaking and skinning etc but i just need some help or sites to help me along my way.. any site links or help apreciated
