u have to launch them thru their respective executables.
example once u have installed windowblinds in windows xp u go to the display property windows and to appearance and u will see a couple of new options there once being window blinds or themes

u will figure it out once u get there

First thing ....turn off the caps lock!
Second, you need Windowblinds to run 'windowblinds skins' so if you haven't loaded the program you're in trouble.
