Lost Taskbar/Start Menu skinning

Currently using WB 3.41 enhanced. When I change a skin everything changes EXCEPT the Taskbar and Start Menu. Tried unloading WB with no luck. Rebooted, still no luck.Checked the settings, no change. It seems I'm stuck with the current Taskbar and Start menu. (Running XP Home) Everything used to work fine. Any suggestions?

There is a setting that allows you to use a taskbar from one theme while skinning everything else with another theme.

I'm pretty confident all you have to do is uncheck the box that corresponds with that option and your problem will be solved.

Rollin, open Display Properties, go to the Appearance tab, and click on the Advanced button. A dialog window will open. You will find the checkbox for which taskbar to use in the upper right corner.
