How to go to LEVEL 3 in Wincustomize when you're already a ObjectDesktop Customer?

I searched through the whole Wincustomize page and found no way even to ask this question but this method.

I'm tired of not being able to download from the webpage...

Can you help me? (with proper directions? ie the right URL/email to use)

Select "Edit Account" and select "Cross Reference with your Stardock Account." from the choices that show up at the top. This should do the trick.

That DOES NOT DO THE trick... I already did this several times but it never goes to level 3... I stay at Level 2 and basicly unable to download anything...

That's the reason I asking a different direct contact or link
besides the one that "MUST/SHOULD" work

You don't have to shout If you send a note to T-Man explaining the problem he should be able to fix it. mailto:[email protected] If you had said in you first post that you had already tried to cross reference your E-Mail account under "Edit Account" I wouldn't have sent you there in the first place. There are more than enough people here who are willing to bend over back-wards to help you out. So please don't shout.

didn't somebody mention something llike this a while back, and they ended up having to dump their cookie for the site too, or something?

don't mind me...i'm only half-aware of reality at any given time anyways...and it's Friday...

I had this problem myself a while back. Basically, what I had to do was email both Stardock and WinCustomize tech support.

You might want to doublecheck to make sure you're trying to crossreference with the same email address you used when purchasing the product.

I was not yelling but making emphasis..... Maybe it's the language barrier since I do not speak english but Spanish.
