I'm looking to do a specific effect with the top frame.
What I want to do is have a full height bar from the left to the end of the title text. Then it drops to half height for the middle part of the bar. Finally, it goes back to full height for the (min|max|close) buttons.
Example below (hopefully the ascii art doesn't break).
