Deskscapes 8.09 freeze

There is (in my experience) still a bug if the Deskcapes beta 8.09 running animations, is set to wallpaper of the start screen and all apps area by way of the charms.

In Windows 8.1 Preview, there is an option in the charms to set the desktop wallpaper as a background for the start screen and all apps area.

This creates an issue with Deskscapes beta 8.09. It freezes and will only restart if one logs off and then on after the setting in the charms is changed to NOT use the desktop as a wallpaper of the start screen and all apps area.
