Wincustomise account for registered stardock customer

I am a registered customer at stardock, having paid for the year subscription to object desktop. When i created an account at wincustomise and cross-referenced it with stardock, I only got a level 2 account instead of the level 3 i was expecting. I have checked that I used the correct email address and all the other details were correct. Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

hey puffer,I am level 4,but last night after updateing my Wincustomize Browser,I had the same gig.It maybe some growing pains goin on right now with all the upgrades.I think I fixed mine by logging off,clearing cookies and temps,closing browser-re-open browser,log on again,refresh library.

I went to the subscriber download site for RC2, I see no big
difference if any at all.

I downloaded the theme but can't install it, I then downloaded again and clicked open and the PC or web doesn't know what program
to open it with.

The cause of this is that the email address that you attempted to cross reference against does not have a product registration associated with it. In other words, you tried the wrong email address. Try another one.

(If people would only use one email address life would be so much easier)

Or you can click edit your account and select "Cross Reference with your Stardock Account".

I'm havibg the same problem, I only have one e-mail address and I cross-referenced it with stardock and I still cant get level 3., Some one please let me know if there is any else I can try ..Thanks

delete all cookies,log off,close WC browser.re-start browser,login,/if not aoutomatic/,update lirary data base.Cross ref again when in doubt.It may be a hang up in the system right now,I dunno everything seems ok here.
