How do u set up a new dled WindowsBlinds thing??
I dled transilvania, looks very cool, but i cant make it to set it up...

Do you have the WindowBlinds program installed?
If not, go get it http://www.windowblinds.net/default.asp?page=download
Then read the help file.

Once you have WindowBlinds installed download the skin again and it should install it's self into Windowblinds.... Then just choose the skin forom the skin list..
