Lego rules, but not on your "box"!
This is a bit too extreme for my taste.... damn the winner doesn't even look good, 2nd place looks great but the 3rd place is just awesome!!

I have thought of modding my own case, but that'll only be with a side-window and a few lights here and there, but nothing like this.

3rd place is cool, 2nd place is ok, 1st is horrible!

The 'Briefcase' one is the only one of any 'creativity'....the others border between crappy and horrendous...

Somewhere there's a line between skinning and desecration. ( and when I finally get on the right side of it, you'll see some DB skins from me.)

3rd place is a nice case. That one I would pay for. The other two are a bit... young? If I were 12 and played a lot of FPSs, maybe...

This stuff is all the rage with the gamers that go to "lan parties". They take their own computers with them and it is sort of a one-upmanship to see who can come up with the most radical case. I liked #3. (no surprise there) And yes, I would buy it if I could afford it (but I couldn't)

Above info on case mods was obtained by reading "Maximum PC" every month.

I thought that was a confusing contest... it was almost like the better it was, the worse the score was. That lego one, I kept getting an image with windows crashed, and then the entire case in splinters at my feet! I liked the wood one too... but they were all so big. How would you get it into the shop? Then again if you could do that to a computer would you ever need a shop?
