It's the underlying or introductory music in a Movie or series....like 'The Harry Lime Theme' as used in 'The Third Man'...

A theme is a collection of images which, when applied using a suitable program, change the appearance of a program, or of windows itself. Download windowblinds and some themes for it, and you will see what I mean. And sometimes themes are called skins. Hope this helps
