Looks like you have another person laying claim to work by another....this time it's the Scorpion by Russ Schwenkler....[Dangeruss], who's a well-known 3D artist and skinner/themer, so it's pretty obvious when his work is 'ripped' especially when it's just a straight upload of his wall...unaltered.

You can always count on Jafo. I signed up a few months ago just for this reason. I posted a comment as well.

The guys at ThemeXP are quite responsive to 'problems' of this kind....there's never any reason to flame and spit and moan.
Just a simple email explaining the problem and it'll be sorted...
