there r a few bugs...
no shadows for tooltips...

new idea: y not make tooltips translucent??
also: open and close animation for tooltips? menus?

the reason y i dont suggest in the newsgrp:
-outlook exp 6 is problematic. slow, disconnects my internet often...
-why not you suggest for me?

is there any other small program which can do this?

vimalkumar: You could try a different news client. One of those is FreeAgent available from: http://www.forteinc.com/agent/download.php

This is a nice news client that I personally haven't run into problems of that nature with. (However I have gone back to OE due to it's integration with email).
