Is it available for download and use in XP w/o SP1? Either as a Windows Theme or WindowBlinds Theme?

So a search for Whistler in the WindowBlinds library and see if you find anything you like. They're older skins though and don't support all the current WB features. Blackcomb is a newer updated whister type skin, although darker. You could do a search for Blackcomb also.

It's might also be called Watercolor, so search for that, too.
