I can't download skins -- even though I'm a registered user. Help!

I get the following message:

"There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds skin?"

I'd appreciate any help -- even steering me to somewhere where I can ask Windowblinds tech support.

Hi Steven.
Try downloading the file by right-clicking on the download link and selecting "save target as".
Works for me when I've had this problem in the past.

Valhalla -- Thanks -- it worked.

When you had the problem -- did it eventually go away?

Note: In downloaded the Wincustomize Browser and I think the problems started around then.

I've always used the right click method so I can save it to where I want it to go. Sometimes the other method works and sometimes it doesn't. It is one of those strange gremlin type things.
