On XP, how do you change themes? Im lost. Do I put the particular files in a certain folder? I cna change themes with the given MS choices, but not with themes I download from internet. What do I do?

Do you have WindowBlinds or DesktopX or something? Cause you've gotta install some of those progs depending on the type of theme you're using to be able to change...
