How do I get more than just 4 resize cursors? Like a different cursor for the top right corner and bottom left corner. Like on the cursor set Hand. How do I get more resize cursors?

You need a graphics program to do your cursors. You can animate using a gif animator. You need cursorXP to load the cursors and save them to the cursorxptheme format.

I have a graphics program. I have adobe photoshop. I just don't get how to put more than just those 4 resize cursors.

Download a cursorxp and change the xptheme extension to a .zip and open it up. Take a look at the graphics and it will give you an idea what to do.
