Start8, is this supposed to happen?

I have a secondary monitor on my desktop and on that other monitor I have Windows 8 showing another taskbar.  Obviously I have Start8 putting another Start Menu Button on that other taskbar.  When I click on the Start Menu button on the secondary taskbar, the Start Menu shows up on the secondary monitor but the taskbar on the primary monitor pops up as well as if I clicked on the primary monitor's Start Menu and the Start Menu was simply moved from the primary to the secondary.

Is this supposed to happen?

Does this act the same way without Start8 loaded.

Without Start8, there isn't a start menu button on the secondary taskbars to begin with so I can't test with it.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to secondary monitor's taskbar, not the primary monitor.
2. Press the Start button.
3. Notice how the taskbar on the primary monitor popped up even though you didn't do anything with it.  The Start Menu does still show up on the correct monitor, the secondary one.

Somehow I expect it is.  I don't have 8 on a 2-monitor setup so cannot verify, but I imagine that's a 'forced feature' of how Windows 8 'works' ...;)

I am running Windows 8 right now on dual monitors and this problem does not occur at all.

I tried it on another computer, my notebook.  I connected my big TV as a secondary monitor via HDMI and I made a Start Menu button on the secondary display.  As soon as I clicked the Start Menu button, the taskbar on the primary display popped up, nothing showed, it just popped up.  Mind you, I have both taskbars setup to autohide.

Is this normal?

I tried and I can't replicate it.

OK, at least I'm not the only one with this issue.  Maybe it's normal to have this happen.
