Name change for Indigo skin.

To avoid confusion with the recently uploaded Indigo skin by adni18 I have changed the name of my skin to Mood Indigo. I have also changed the name of the .wba file to MIndigo. Now it is possible to install both without a conflict.

Hope this helps any who have been having problems changing the name of either one.

The newly named file should be uploaded within a couple of hours.

No problem Nikos. I think because my skin was 1 simple UIS file it is easier for me to change it to a new name.
