Looks totally like adni18's work. Is this Arcila? Someone should check into this. Even if this is a new guy he should put some mention in his comments to adni18.

Mark: Good one
It still is difficult terrain. I understand that if you just rename bitmaps it's a rip. Now if you recolour, say, a gradient coloured bitmap into a solid colour, I am not sure anymore. If it is still a rip then you can't use the size of the bitmap for that particular attribute anymore. Now, if a new idea is in a WB, say, for instance the right top buttons in a new fashion and people like the idea, they surely are going to experiment with it. You will see these buttons appear in other WB as well. They change the colours of the buttons and a little bit of variation, is it still a rip then, or is it a rip of an idea? Or is it "new"? Hard to tell, and even someone may have the same idea at the same time. I am just writing out loud...I have this image of buttons that appear in old warshipstyle, you know with the guns behind a shutter, mouse over, bang a canon appears, red button sound included But is it "new"?
Thinking all this into extremes you may end up with a shift from BeOs to WB standard, in other words the WB program is a kind of open source for developers to end up with the ultimate skin. Hmmmmmmmmm

No, imitating a style is no offence, in my opinion. If anything, it's a compliment. What is wrong is to steal (rip) a skin or elements of it. A lot of skinners are inspired by other skinners, and that's perfectly normal as long as the end result is created by the authentic artist.
For example, When Treetog started skinning, I suspect he was greatly influenced by Dangeruss. At some point about 2 years ago, you could have interchanged their names on their skins and most people wouldn't have noticed a difference. Should we have exiled Treetog for that? Of course not!!!! He was inspired by his idol and eventually went on and developped his own style.

I must say here, that DavidK has absolute right! He has described the situation as it is, in realistic way. Thank you David
Fuzzy Logic also has a point, from the moral point of view. Thank you Fuzzy Logic
To make the long story short, all the opinions in this thread have a strong point.

That is why I never complain about this case, (I didn't open this thread), it just bothers me little bit, I never saw it as a compliment, I guess, I must try to see it this way
