How can I install the background that comes with the various windowBlinds? I am running Windows XP and am having a little difficulty..

Right click on the desktop and select properties. Then select desktop and pick the wall you want and hit apply.

Open the WB Config dialog and under settings make sure "Apply any wallpaper supplied" is checked.

Also note that not all WindowBlinds skins include wallpaper.
