New & Dumb as a box of rocks

I downloaded some really great thems however thy will nto load as my system says I am missing some either program or software. Also I downloaded a login screen can someone tell me how to set this up as well. Thanks folks apppreciate you taking the time to help an idiot!

If you're dumb as a box of rocks that puts your IQ at approximately ten points higher than mine *s*.

As for the skins you downloaded, go back to the sections you downloaded them from and look at the "about [insert program name here]" section just above the first skin on the page. There's a small description of the program and a link to where to get it.
