How many times must I cross reference?

I have been a customer of your site for quite sometime now and lately it seems I have to cross reference every day or so just to download from your site. It's getting to be much more a hassle than it's worth. I have purchased from stardock but it seems to not count for much. I have cross referenced for the last time. You have my email address on file or at least you should have it as many time as I have cross referenced so when you fix this aggrivation, email me and I'll come back. Until then, Goodbye

Once should be enough. I only did it once, and haven't had a problem since.

I'll bet it's a cookie problem....delete it and have another go.
There's no need to get uptight about it....many, many people don't have the same problem which implies the 'fault' is elsewhere than Wincustomize.com specifically.....
