How many times must I cross reference?

I have been a customer of your site for quite sometime now and lately it seems I have to cross reference every day or so just to download from your site. It's getting to be much more a hassle than it's worth. I have purchased from stardock but it seems to not count for much. I have cross referenced for the last time. You have my email address on file or at least you should have it as many time as I have cross referenced so when you fix this aggrivation, email me and I'll come back. Until then, Goodbye

I must be really, really dim today, but I have no idea what you mean by 'cross-reference', it seems completely out of place in that context. elaborate?

That is what he is talking about, but why it would ever need to be done more than once I have no idea.

I tried it almost 10 times and it never worked, then I changed my email address (to yahoo) here and in component manager and tried it and it finally worked. I then changed both back to my regular email. I remember reading a post by karmagirl how certain ISPs were blocking email from stardock because they thought it was spam.

Yes, most likely its a cookie problem. Just logoff and relogon again. That should fix it.

If all else fails, send all your info to [email protected] and we will try and get it sorted out. If you have three email addresses, then you can not cross reference all of them. It will only hook up two. So if you have more than two, please contact us to set one so that it is the same as your primary email account. It is really best to only use one email account for all of them if possible. We did have an ISP issue awhile back, but we switched our ISP and mailserver, so we should not be getting blocked.
