The screen you are talking about is part of the XP boot process and cannot be changed. This is a 'leftover' from NT.

p.s. Must be hard work typing starting every word with a capital...

I think it's funny that your last name is McComas and the only puncuation you used were commas.

I don't mean to offend, I'm just joking around, but that was a very tough read. Unless you're typing the title of something, you don't need to capitalize every word.

Yes, you can change the boot screen by replacing critical operating system files with files made by 'some guy on the net'. Of course, you can also toast your OS that way, so I wouldn't recommend it.
