Having some trouble

I keep getting an error msg saying that the files don't seem to have the .usi. I'm getting this with each file i try to download. I have the window blinds on my computer. Is there somethign I'm not doing?

If you get this error when you click the the link to download and install the skin, try this. right-click it and save the skin file to some directory on your computer. Then got to that directory and double-click the file. It should install. If the file is a zip file, change its extension to .wba, then double-click it.
