Is there a way to use semi-transparency on WindowBlinds

I've been toying with putting together a skin for WindowBlinds/ObjectBar for a while, but my skin idea will not work without semi-transparency. Does WindowBlinds support PNG files? Is this coming in an upcoming version of WindowBlinds? I know you can do full transparency with MagicPink, but is there a semi-transparency option, like in DesktopX?

I think that's available as alpha blending for the titlebar background, scrollbar, progress bar and some buttons. Probably not as much as you need but there are some semi transparent effects available.

You can use semi-transparency in WindowBlinds, but it uses TGA files instead on PNG files. They have to be 32-bit TGA's with an aplha channel. Most elements of a WB skin support them, with the exception of window frames, menu backgrounds, and a few others. You'll figure it out as you go along.

Doesn't the translucy make semi transparent using the TGA files?
