i have tried everything i can not figure out how to get one of the suites i downloaded onto my desktop. i have windows xp. please help

When you go into the menu, in the upper part, there is a program that matches with the watever suites that u downloaded, go to purchase and you'll see all those paying stuff, but if u search closely u can find an evaluation program, use it to apply those (and if u'd like, purchase it!)

If you are talking about a WinStyles Suite Then you need WinStyles https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/

Read the theme description to find out what programs you need to make you WinStyle Suite work properly.

If the theme description says it has a Winamp skin then you must have Winamp installed. Same goes for WindowBlinds, DesktopX, NextSTART, Beatnik, ETC...ETC...
