sometimes it takes a while.. the time-to-posting varies widely. on the short end of the spectrum, an admin may be going through submissions right when somebody posts, and the decision may be obvious, so it only takes a couple minutes before you either see it online or get a moderation email. at the other end of the spectrum, some pieces are discussed between the admins at length before a decision is made on them.
