No download of wb files

When I click on download, I get scrambled data. If I right click on the link, then select 'Save As', I get to save an .ASP file.

Am I doing something wrong?

Whenever I click on download. I get the message that I need to register for a free account! I'm already registered!!!!! My windows says "Welcome NanB" so I know I'm logged in! Anybody have an idea as to why I can't download???

Fastfxr, try clearing your temporary internet files. Maybe that will help.

NanB, Try logging off and then back on again.
