Now I feel sheepish.... the ice helps! I was wanting heat because the muscles are way tight. I have been trying to walk them out, but I can feel something moving in my knee. If it is still bad Monday, I will go to a clinic. I used to work in the ER...I don't want to show up there now... I have friends there and sometimes I would like to work there again, but mostly NOT. The squeem factor negates that. The whole thing is just too ambivalent to deal with right now.

I can just tell them not to worry about that other thing. Sorry, I was getting in a panic. I could just see everything regressing. /me *******BLUSH******* at being such a baby!

/me thinks I panic way to easy these days.... the terms "Pandora's Box" and "whole different can of worms" kind of apply...

Hi... 99% of pain is a mental process. It works to take it aside, in a corner and stare it down (I am allergic to all the good painkillers). This time I am having a hard time getting on top of it... I am angry because it seems like it is going to really interfere with all my plans. But I have an ocean full of warm waves, now I have an excuse to go be in it. I have miles of beach, just waiting for me to go bury my knee in healing hot sand. And I can remain at play in the fields of WinCustomize.... Whatever it takes from me, I can replace with something better. I just kind of freaked out.... when you are the solitary pilot of a ship in rough waters you simply cannot afford to do that.

Lecrayon-- download Xmaspackage if you want to see an animated(maybe to the max) winstyle. GM.--I'am a strong willed person, but there are some pains that I cannot block or cut down. Thats when I seek help. I'll be praying for you.

Everybody freaks out sometime GM...my remedy is to listen to my heart, love myself (caress the knee for instance and send good thoughts), enjoy the creation of the world you live in. I went to the camsite you gave with the link, it looks really wonderful...beach...clear water...warm weather...palmtrees...wow

when i freak out i go hiking, ur in the woods away from life, but with life at teh same time, kinda makes u think when u are on a mountain somewhere in the middel of nowhere

Good news! I have my old computer set up so that I can get it all fixed up. Today, Sis went to it, turned it on, found the solitaire game and played a little bit. I'm thinking if I put a lot of good games on there, and kind of leave it sitting invitingly she will eventually want it. I am thinking it would be good for her to have something like that...

Do you guys know of good, non violent, fun games I can put on there? I can't have role playing either... she is still way paranoid.
