Edit Account Preferences Bug in WinCustomize.com

Whenever I change the "Available Libraries:" settings the changes don't stick.

Basically, the changes stick while I'm still logged in. However, if I close the browser and then go back to the site and log in, the settings are back where they were before I modified them.

Note: While I sometimes can switch one item for another and have that stick, if I select less than 14 items it always resets it so that there are 14 items checked next time I log in.

Do you login and out each time you visit the site? I do not seem to have that problem. My settings stay the same. In the begining they would change but after a couple months they stay where I set them.

I was having the same problem. I cleared the wincustomize cookies and haven't had the problem again.

Yes, I do log in each time because my browser automatically clears all cookies when it closes.

Its a cookie limitation problem. Its being worked on.

I don't have any problems with it. And if you use firewall try turning it off jobeleca cuz it might disturb or disable the cookie limition things.

Missed that responsed when I replied. Thats the problem. That information is stored in your cookie. So when you close your browser you delete your settings by deleting your cookie.
