Object Desktop

With regards to Stardock's financial success, why are they giving away their best programs? I can understand timed trial offers, but I was happily running windowblinds for close to two years before my mom gave me a copy of object desktop for christmas last year.

Which brings me to my second point. Even though I now have a bought and paid for copy of the full object desktop suite, I still get those annoying little pages saying that I've downloaded too much or some such junk. I was under the impression that you purchased the right to unlimited downloads when you purchased object desktop.

Have you cross referenced your Stardock account with Wincustomize? If not you need to do that and those annoying messages will go away.

I have crossreferenced my accounts. It says I'm a type 2 user or something. I still get those messages.

Level 2 means it wasn't able to cross reference you. You may want to contact [email protected].

Ok, I just tried crossreferencing again, when I completed the process I got the following message.

>Your customer information has been found.

>Your new User Level is 2

This is odd, I just went to the Stardock site hoping to look up my registration number, serial number, or anything. It couldn't find any records under the email addy I used when buying the product, nor the three addresses I have since used (notifying stardock each time).
