Whatever happened to Decoder.

I remember when I first hooked up with stardock products, there was this very creative designer called Decoder. There was a show of true brilliance like 'Desertrose' and 'Constructive' and then nothing. What happened? Anyone know?

He lives in Singapore and last time I checked he had to go off to serve in the military.
