Can anyone tell me how to do so?Do I need a certain program other then Windows Blinds?

Chris is rite.. infact almost everything in Wincustomize needs its own program to actually execute and use that skin or wat eva...

jus wanted to tell u.. incase if u want to use more stuffs in Wincustomize.com
