Have you downloaded the Iconpackager program?
I'm not talking about the icon packages, on the site here. You need the program as well.

If you have Icon Packager installed, you can either double click an icon packager file to install it or from the Icon Packager program's file menu, select open package to browse to the icon package file and install it that way.

Once it's installed, you can select it from the list view and press the Load button. Then press Ok to get out of Icon Packager. The package should now be applied to your icons.

Not if it is an .ip file, which is the format most packages here use.

To unzip an iconpackager file just add a "z" to .ip to make the file a .zip file.
