Add and Remove scroll bar

Help WindowBlinds 3.4 dosen't seem to skin the scrollbar on the Add and Remove screen its just totally gone on XP no matter what skin I choose.

At the moment, it seems that it's excluded for compatibility reasons.

that's interesting cause I have XP and wb 3.4 and it is skinned for me... I just checked... hmmm

yeh 3.4d fixes this, as in the past one of the 3.4 builds had white scroll bars which they were there just the same as the window
