Problem with Windows Blinds on IE and Xp Browser Min/Max/Close Buttons

I'm having trouble with min/max/close buttons while using windows blinds. I have tried several skins, and all of them seem to have the problem of lack of functionaility when it comes to ie and xp windows. I can use the buttons on any other program window that has them, but not on those 2 (ie and xp windows). Any Ideas?

They all work fine on my XP. I'am not a skinner so I cannot offer you any help. I would say that it's one of two things: some XP setting or some seting in windowblinds. I can just bump this thread up to the top.

common names, immersion desktop software, nview....

all programs which intercept mouse clicks and don't pass them on correctly. Common Names is sometimes installed without user knowledge.
