Makin Icons

I am wondering which software you guys find making Icons easy. I have Axialis Icons 4.5 ( hope they will send me the free upgrade to 5.0 ) but if there is something better or easier to use please let me know

Make icons are easy depending your ability using designing programs, not using Icons Changing programs, such Iconworkshop.
Iconworkshop it's a great program, that allows you to edit the icon graphics and add some special effect as dropped shadows. But, is very hard to create the icons by zero using this kind of programs. To change the system icons or edit/create the ICONS FILES, Workshop (and others such Microangelo, Icon Sushi), these are your needed programs.
