Vasari has best armor I think. They can access armor at a better way than TEC (Advent LOL, it is worse in almost everything than Vasari), although TEC can have 6 extra armor, while Vasari race can have 5 (but with 8% mass reduction or something like this). The thing that makes Vasari better is the Vasari Rebel extra upgrade I think, 3 armor 15% hull at level 8 research.. Vasari is best in so many things this is why many people don't like it, other races doesn't really have anything powerful like they have.. Just look at Advent, they are supposed to be highly advanced race and look at them, my heart hurts.. -.-
Also What do you think of the Vasari when they Just get an armada in game?
I don't really understand, what is the question again? The phase stabilizer armada ability? In Rebellion? (because the 2 factions armada abilities are very different now). The random ships that are for Vasari Rebel and the Vasari Race in itself for pre-Rebellion is bad I think, the Vasari Loyalist one is much better, you can select mixed attack ships, mixed utility ships or one capital ship for a low cost, not that random fleet that you can get from the random armada button.
Or just the Vasari late game fleet? If the latter, it is too powerful, even without titans, the Phase Missile upgrades of Vasari aren't balanced, they give huge damage increase like 100% no other faction has anything even near this powerful... So balanced this game is..
