Registering code problem

I have recently bought sins of a solar empire (original) and i want to update it as well as hopefully buy the micro expansions, but whenever I try to register a product Via Account Management > Register Code it always appears with an error message saying to try again and if the problem continues then to contact S.D., I have contacted the Via email and had no reply (I sent them a email 1 week ago) I've looked on forums and tried some suggestions from other posts but none of them have worked, Please help!

how do I buy entrenchment/diplomacy? whenever I click 'get entrenchment' it takes me to 'My shopping basket' and I can't find where to actually add the expansion to the cart or to buy it directly from the website.
