Nothing ever works as advertised. Crazy stupid licensing. Support is a game. At least they seemed to learn from Microsoft's business model, release software that isn't ready, full of bugs and a support system that is a nightmare to understand.

What problems are you having specifically?

If you mean WindowBlinds 7 does not work on Windows 8, thats due to OS changes and WindowBlinds 8 is under development.

Also whats the problem with licensing?
