Windows "Store" icon under All Programs tree

Hi. I am running Start8 v.1.09 beta.

Why can't the Windows "Store" icon (found in the All Programs tree list) be moved to the "Modern UI applications" folder under All Programs tree, especially seeing that it can be moved to any other folder?

The Modern UI applications folder listed is not a real folder which is why nothing can be moved in or out of it.
