WinCustomize and sound

OK, let's start off by saying this is an awesome website. (I love how much content there is, and the family-friendly atmosphere, unlike certain other sites *coughdeviantartcough*) Now, I wonder: Is there a similar site to this one that does different sound effects? I love customizing the visual elements, but where is a good site for customizing audio elements?

I don't know of any free libraries for sounds. Although I have seen a few small sites. There are quite a few if you purchase expensive music editing software. Do a google search and you are bound to find a few. What really amazed me was one day I searched my hardrive for .wav files. There are hundreds I never knew existed.

I was just thinking the same thing. There are a lot of theme sites out there and the themes do include sounds. They were getting them from somewhere. I used to use Neoplanet and a lot of those skins had sounds. It would be good to have an application similar to curser XP and Icon Packager that deals with sounds.. Soundsuite or something.

There are lots of sites that have sound effects you can download.
Most the the ones I know are designed for Flash, but they realy can be used for anything, they are just sound files after all.
