Need help with DesktopX

I just recently got DesktopX, and after installation, the default theme loaded with no problems. However, I've downloaded a few other themes from WinCustomize, but some don't seem to work properly. For some reason, when I load one of those themes, it'll give me an error saying "Unable to locate the 'Processor' performance object". This error keeps repeating about 2 times every second or so, and just keeps on filling up my taskbar with the error messages. The only way to stop it from doing this is to ctrl+alt+del and end DesktopX, because I can't right click the desktop or anything else. I'm running Windows XP Pro. Has anyone encountered this before, and if so (or even if not) does anyone know how to fix this? One theme in particular I want to try and run is the O M E G A DX theme. This is one of them that does this.

Hmmmm....... I never heard this one before. If it only does it with certain themes, then I suspect it will be a rogue plug-in. Do all the themes that display this problem have one particular plug-in in common, such as a performance meter or something like that? I had some problems with a similar plug-in, but it didn't manifest itself this way.
Try dumping any cpu meters or similar from the theme and see if it helps.

Hmm, you could have a point. However, do you know how I could go about removing performance meter from the theme before it loads the theme? Immediately when the theme loads, it'll change the wallpaper and then start giving the error. Also, are there any "Processor performance objects" out there for download I may be able to download and import?

Thanks for the reply.

Sheesh! that's a good one! Try this: Go to C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\DesktopX\Themes and RIGHT CLICK on the theme that is giving the problem, when the menu appears, choose "open with", "WinZip executable". When winzip displays the contents of the theme, look for something like a cpu meter or plug-in, and right click it and choose delete.
There's probably an easier way , but I don't know it!
Have fun!!

Hmm.... thanks for the help on that, but it still doesn't seem to work. I found a .dll file called dxToys.dll and that actually had the code to call for that particular error. I deleted that, and it still does it. I ended up deleting all the .dll files in there and it STILL did it... I have no idea why this happens to me, unless there's some sort of program I'm supposed to have installed that I don't. Can anyone tell me what programs they have installed in order to use DesktopX themes?

Thanks again...
