Setting for Display Property Box

Can someone remind me what the setting should be in order for the display properties box to be skinned (and which file to edit). I had done this before but got a new machine and am trying to set it up now. Thanks in advance.

We call that a safety feature, but we're going to change it to be an
option since it causes more questions than anything else.

For the moment, edit \windows\wb.ini and add to the [global]
section:

SkinDisplay=1

Then restart WB.
