Help me! How can I install the XP skin??????

I had downloaded the datapack: Unlighted.xptheme

but there is no *.Theme file only a *.wba file
and now I don't know how it works!
please answer and HELP me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need WindowBlinds...............it's the program, that handles WindowBlinds skins.
