DesktopX activate object problem!

I have a strange problem with my DesktopX. Whenever I create an object (PNG file with transperant background, or just a text object) I can't get the activation area to be rectangular area! I choose rectangular area, but I still has to click on the visible areas of the object, which is really annoying when using text objects!

I have the same problem, but only as long as "use Win2k/XP transparency" is enabled.
