when the footy season's over I might swap this 32" hooked up to my PC for the 55" LED HDTV that's upstairs.
Total overkill, eheh... Then again, you never know when that 22 incher breeds and becomes *three* 22 inchers, at which point that GTX 590 can be very useful to play games in 5040x1050 Surround.
Err...That first part can be interpreted in a completely *wrong* way, no? Oops. ![]()

1: Westinghouse LCM-22w3
2: Hannspree HF229H
Both 22" @ 1680x1050 Resolution
I can't imagene how I ever got any work done on a single 15" montior @640x480!
Being that I am poor I only have three monitors. 1 24" ASUS VW246H, 1 Sceptre 24" and both have 1920 x 1080 resolutions, and 1 19" Samsung SyncMaster912N with 1280 x 1024 resolution. I have my two big monitors side by side and the smaller monitor is on the far right. I have the small monitor setup so that Windows Explorer and my gadgets runs on that monitor leaving the two big monitors for wallpaper and workspace. I span wallpaper across all monitors at 3840 x 1080 and everything looks nice. If I was richer I would have four 24" monitors but I a now thinking about a 42" TV/Monitor setup. Maybe when I win the lottery. Also, Windows 8 RTM makes working with multiple monitors alot easier than Windows 7. I used to use Display Fushion in Windows 7 but it is not needed in Windows 8.
Up until recently my sister was using a 13" clunker.... imagine how much worse than a 15" that is... yeah, it's 2 inches. Now she's using an 18" WS LCD, which she thinks is the bee's knees... 'til she comes to my house and sees my 32" screen.
Three Dell 30" across the middle and a Dell 24" (portrait) on the far right for print work on main machine A.
23" Acer Touchscreen connected to laptop on the far left for email and touch OS beta testing.
So yeah, I'm surrounded by a 180 degree wall of LCDs and they are all running every Stardock customization under the sun.
I just bought a 27" HP monitor and its terrific!
