Acces Denied

I've tried to download 3 skins, none successful. I keep getting a message saying 'access to specified device or file denied. Please help.

Hello Alexandrie, it's actually your skins I tried to download. I'm new to this, so bear with me. When the download is complete, I click OPEN and that's when it says access denied. I tried to downloaded it to Program Files.
